By creating an account on MileMatch you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use MileMatch. By registering you confirm that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• —Provide false information or impersonate others
• —Harass, abuse or harm other users
• —Share inappropriate, offensive or illegal content
• —Use the app for any commercial purpose
• —Attempt to access other users' accounts
• —Scrape or collect user data

4. Safety

MileMatch is a platform to find running partners. When meeting other users in person always:

• —Meet in public places
• —Tell someone where you are going
• —Trust your instincts

We are not responsible for interactions that occur outside the app.

5. Content

You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, bio). By posting you grant MileMatch a licence to display this content within the app. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe third-party rights.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile settings.

7. Disclaimers

MileMatch is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the app or meetings arranged through it.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.
